Hello, here in vlog three Mario and I went to Hana on our day off. We've been trying to go to Hana for the longest but the weather just wasn't on our side on the days we were off. But we were finally blessed with a absolutely beautiful hot and sunny day. To be honest it was pretty hard to vlog this day. I'm not sure you can tell through the vlog but theres a lot of jump scenes and thats because we both were so exhausted for some weird reason, but we did our best with trying to vlog and enjoying the moment at the same time. In this vlog I attempt to longboard for the second time in Lahaina with Mario. The first time I got sea sick and bailed. I was pretty stoked that I stood up and caught a couple of waves because never in a million years would I of thought I was capable of doing so. I'm actually afraid of being in deep ocean water and I also get really bad sea sickness. But this time I took this ginger shot that helps with nausea and it worked pretty good for me.
Greetings! Heres to the first post of 2017! The past year I have been slacking a lot on creating the content that I wanted to such as adventure, outfit and lifestyle videos. But towards the end of the year I started to get inspired by life again. This years goal for myself is to create as much inspiring content as I can. I gave myself the idea of one video every month but hopefully I will create more. But thats the goal for this year and i'm starting it off with the first vlog of 2017.
I always wanted to start vlogging but felt that I didn't really have the personality for it and maybe I was just scared to put my life out there. Well my brother Jordan has the perfect personality for it so I gave him the responsibility to vlog our days adventure and I would record more of the cinematic shots and hopefully have the end product of a vlog. So here it is, check it out.
I am motivated to start vlogging more adventures because it is so awesome to have something to look back at instead of just photos. So heres to something new. Let me know what you think and I hope this inspires you to pick up your camera more and record.
Do more of what makes you happy, I cannot stress this enough. Sometimes I get so caught up with all my responsibilities, thinking (worrying) about my future that I end up not enjoying life itself. It saddens me when I see myself all stressed out for no reason. Here's a couple bible verses that help me when I get too caught up with life and maybe they can help you.

Everyone has their hopes and dreams that they want to reach and we work hard to get there but don't forget to do things you love in between. Don't let life stress you out. Take a breather and do more of what makes you happy.
I'm writing this post because I've been in a rut lately. I've been letting the stress of work and school get the best of me, I wasn't making the time to do the things that I love and creating videos is one thing that makes me the happiest girl.

I finally got my hands on a new camera. Shout out to Brandon Haros for selling me his Lumix GH4. I'm super stoked about stepping up my quality for my future videos. The other day Mario and I went to Big Beach and we shot some clips testing it out. Here are some of my favorite shots that I got from this video.

I spent five days on the beautiful island of Hawai'i. Here are some of the photos that I did capture. It surely was't enough to truly show how my trip went because I kept forgetting to capture those moments. This trip was so lay back and chill that I kind of wanted to disconnect from technology for a bit. It felt nice to not always pick up my camera and worry about getting the shots I wanted. It was surely a trip I needed before going back to school and I had one of the best "tour guides" to take me all around the island, Ms.Zaira <3

Zaira's grandparents had the cutest house for us to stay at at. I loved their little porch. One of my favorite things was waking up and falling asleep to the sound of rain and being able to look out and see and the greenery.
Downtown Hilo was another one of my favorites because of all the character that it held. I loved how it looked like a mixture of Paia and Makawao Town. We literally ate all Mom and Pop shops and little hole in the wall places.
Also Downtown Hilo had so many plain and rustic walls, perfect for OOTD or jumping with flowers. :)

It was a awesome trip and a perfect way to spend my 22nd birthday. The struggle was real with the vog and coqui frogs, they were so loud! But I loved how it rained every morning and every night. Rain on Kahului is rare so I totally was tripping out seeing how much it rained there. If you want to go somewhere where you can totally disconnect I would totally recommend going the Big Island.
